Our story
JM Lawn Maintenance started when Aurav was in sixth grade with a rake and a push mower. The following year, he borrowed $1,500 from his dad to invest in more equipment, including a riding mower, and hired his first employee.
A year later came the company’s first truck. Since then, JM has continued to grow its equipment, crew, and service capabilities while keeping the same hands-on standard that started it all.
Today, JM Lawn Maintenance serves properties across the Greater Chicago Area with lawn maintenance, landscape enhancements, excavation, and snow & ice services. Aurav remains directly involved in the work and the customer experience.

Equipment
Commercial mowers for turf, compact machines for dirt, and plow trucks for winter. Owning the equipment outright means we're not renting on your timeline or subbing out the parts we'd rather control.
Common questions
It depends on lot size, obstacles and how often you want service. We walk the property before quoting, and the estimate comes in writing with the scope spelled out.
Yes. Spring and fall cleanups, one-time cuts on overgrown lots, and single mulch jobs are all available without a season-long commitment.
Both work. Seasonal contracts give you a flat rate and a defined trigger depth; per-storm service is billed by the event. Commercial sites generally want a contract.
We shift the route and get to you as soon as the turf is dry enough to cut without damaging it. You'll hear from us if the day changes.
