MowingWeekly or bi-weekly on a set schedule, with clean stripe patterns and alternating passes to keep the turf standing up.
Edging & trimmingCrisp lines along walks, drives and beds; string trimming everywhere a mower can't reach.
Blow-downEvery hard surface cleared before we leave. No clippings on the driveway.
Turf healthFertilization, aeration and overseeding scheduled around the Chicago growing season.

Enhance

Improvements that change how the property reads from the street. Priced per project, scheduled around your maintenance visits so there's only one crew on site.

Mulch & bed edgingFresh mulch and a cut spade edge — the fastest visible upgrade on most properties.
PlantingShrubs, perennials and seasonal color chosen for the exposure and soil you actually have.
Shrub & tree careTrimming, shaping and removal of anything overgrown or blocking the entry.
Bed redesignReshaping tired borders, front entries and problem corners.

Service 03

Excavate

Machine work for the jobs a mower crew can't touch. Skid steer and compact equipment, operated by the same people who maintain the property afterward.

Grading & drainageRegrading low spots, correcting slope away from foundations, and fixing standing water.
Dirt work & haulingTopsoil, fill, gravel and debris in or out.
Site prepClearing and rough grading ahead of a build, a patio or a new lawn install.
Large acreage clearingOvergrown lots and field mowing where commercial equipment is required.

Snow & Ice

Winter is the season most contractors disappear. We run the same trucks and the same routes all winter, so the relationship doesn't restart every spring.

Seasonal contractsA flat rate for the winter with a set trigger depth, so you're not negotiating during a storm.
Per-storm servicePay by the event if your property doesn't need a full contract.
SaltingLight salt after wet snow and on refreeze nights to keep drives and walks safe.
